Key Responsibilities:
Graphic Design and Content Creation:
- Designs and produces marketing collateral, including banners, signage, brochures, and digital content.
- Oversees the design and placement of banners, signage, and promotional displays at events, ensuring all materials reflect the company's updated branding.
- Creates and schedules social media posts related to company updates, recruitment efforts, industry milestones, and trade show participation, maintaining consistency with the company’s brand voice.
- Oversees the design and coordination of internal banners and signage.
- Coordinates with external vendors for printing and production of promotional materials.
- Captures and edits high-quality photos of the facility, employees, and projects for use in marketing materials, social media, and the company website.
Trade Show and Event Coordination:
- Plans and coordinates participation in trade shows, managing booth logistics, reservations, and payments.
- Coordinates registration for internal employees attending trade shows.
- Manages the production of banners, displays, and marketing items for events.
- Maintains detailed records of trade show logistics and coordinates with our accounting team to ensure accurate and timely payments.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Graphic Design or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 3 years of experience in a marketing, design, or event coordination role.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Experience with WordPress or website design.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Photography and photo editing skills.
- Familiarity with social media management platforms (LinkedIn, X, etc.).
- Experience in trade show coordination, including logistics, is a plus.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $70,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
