Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with individuals with developmental disabilities, including autism, to implement effective behavioral therapy strategies. Your expertise in patient care and behavioral health will be essential in supporting our clients' growth and development. You will also play a key role in data collection and medical documentation while adhering to HIPAA regulations.

Responsibilities
- Implement individualized behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
- Conduct diagnostic evaluations to assess clients' needs and progress.
- Collect and analyze data on client behavior to inform treatment decisions.
- Provide direct support to clients in various settings, ensuring a safe and supportive environment.
- Maintain accurate medical documentation in compliance with HIPAA standards.
- Collaborate with families and other professionals to develop comprehensive care strategies.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.

Experience
- Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities, particularly those with autism.
- Strong background in patient care and behavioral therapy techniques.
- Proficiency in data collection methods relevant to behavioral health assessments.
- Familiarity with medical documentation practices and HIPAA regulations.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with clients, families, and team members.
- A passion for helping others achieve their fullest potential through tailored behavioral interventions.

Pay: $25.00 - $55.00 per hour
