About Applied Behavior Center for Autism:
At the Applied Behavior Center for Autism, our mission is to provide individualized, evidence-based services to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and their families.
Position Overview:
The Behavior Analysts (BCBA-D, BCBA or BCaBA) will work with individuals, staff, and families utilizing the theories and procedures of Applied Behavior Analysis. The ideal candidate for this position must be board certified in one of these certifications, a genuine passion for working with individuals and their families, flexibility and a philosophy for a team work environment.
Required Qualifications:
- Active BCBA, BCBA-D, or BCaBA certification through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
Compensation:
Pay Range: $74,800-$84,000 per year based on prior experience.

Key Responsibilities:
Therapy & Intervention:
- BCBA provides evidence-based behavior analytic ABA services to assigned patients
- Complete individualized ABA assessments for assigned patients
- Collect and analyze ABA data by the BCBA
- Create and revise functional goals and programs for patients based upon assessments, data collection and observation as well as evidence-based interventions
- Collaborate with families and other providers
- Complete and submit all necessary paperwork for initial evaluations and reauthorization
- Supervise and provide ongoing training to behavior therapists and Registered Behavior Technicians
- Possibly supervise assigned students seeking certification as BCBA/BCaBA (if applicable)
