Shift: 8:30am - 4:30pm, Monday through Friday

About Applied Behavior Center for Autism:
At the Applied Behavior Center for Autism, our mission is to provide individualized, evidence-based services to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and their families.
Position Overview:
The Branch Manager provides direction, instruction and guidance to therapists at the center, for the purpose of achieving daily goals. An effective leader will know their team members’ strengths, weaknesses and motivations. The Branch Manager needs to be organized, able to delegate duties, communicate effectively, manage and monitor the performance of staff.
Required Qualifications:
- 3 years of supervisory/management experience, including direct supervision of employees.
Compensation:
Pay Range: $52,000 - $60,000 depending on relevant management experience.

Key Responsibilities:
Management:
- Communicate and implement essential company policies, responsibilities, events, and other information to staff.
- Organize, plan, and communicate company events.
- Oversight of clinical physical plant and office supplies
- Oversight of patient medication administration and recording keeping
- Oversight of staff documentation and implementation of clinical documents
- Use company electronic data systems for scheduling and other related matters
- Provide daily arrival and dismissal responsibilities
- Applicants will possess proficient computer skills and the ability to adapt to new software programs.
- Must be able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment, possess excellent customer service skills and the ability to problem solve, manage time effectively with respect to adhering to a daily schedule which includes scheduling multiple patients with therapists daily.
Collaboration:- Communicate, collaborate, and complete tasks with supervisor(s) and other staff
- Respond to client and staff questions, including communicating responses
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with pediatric and/or special needs population.
- Bachelor’s Degree
Work Environment:
The work environment is primarily within the Applied Behavior Center for Autism, which includes therapy rooms, classrooms, and common areas for client interactions.
