Role Overview : As a Behavior Therapist at ABLC, you will :
Apply ABA therapy principles to help children with Autism reach their full potential.Provide early intervention therapy in a center-based setting for children aged 18 months to 12 years.Collect data and implement individualized treatment plans.Collaborate with a team dedicated to ABLC’s core values.Salary Structure for Behavior Therapists at ABLC (based on experience) :
Associates / High School Diploma : $15.00 – $23.00 per hourBachelor’s Degree : $16.00 – $25.00 per hourMaster’s Degree : $17.00 – $27.00 per hourEntry-level candidates receive a raise after obtaining RBT certification, typically within 45 days.
