Position Overview:
As a New Business Account Executive, you’ll join a motivated, high-performing SaaS sales team. You'll manage the full sales cycle, from qualifying leads to closing deals, with the autonomy to run your own demos and the support of product experts when needed. If you thrive on closing deals, love connecting with people, and have a strong technical acumen, we want to hear from you. We have inbound leads daily along with a strong SDR team to help generate pipeline.
What You’ll Do:
✅ Prospect & Qualify: Manage inbound leads, proactively follow up, and strategically prospect and cold call new business opportunities.
✅ Demo & Close: Conduct compelling product demos and manage complex sales cycles with multiple C-level decision-makers.
✅ Communicate Effectively: Handle objections confidently and maintain high call and strategic email volume.
✅ Leverage Creativity: Drive innovative strategies to attract new customers.
✅ Stay Organized: Utilize CRM (HubSpot) to maintain pipeline integrity and ensure timely follow-ups.
What We’re Looking For:
✔ Experience: 5 years in SaaS sales with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding quotas.
✔ Tech-Savvy: Comfortable with CRMs (HubSpot experience is a plus), running product demos, and managing multiple internal software applications
✔ Drive: Self-motivated, with strong follow-up skills and a passion for closing deals.
✔ Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
✔ Education: Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field preferred
✔ Mindset: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a desire for continuous growth.
