Mental Health Practitioners Join Our Team at Applied Care Services (ACS)
Applied Care Services (ACS) is currently seeking individuals from Hennepin, Washington, Chisago, Dakota, Ramsey, and Anoka counties to apply for our Mental Health Practitioner positions. We are primarily looking for full-time candidates willing to commit to 30 hours per week, though we will also consider applicants interested in working 20 to 25 hours per week.
As an ARMHS Practitioner at ACS, you will help individuals enhance key aspects of their lives, such as managing their mental health, budgeting, and developing essential life and social skills. Additionally, you will inspire and support them in setting and achieving their personal goals.

Compensation:
Hourly pay ranges from $23–25/hr, based on your experience and qualifications. Travel time is compensated at the same rate.

Qualifications:
To be considered for the ARMHS Mental Health Practitioner role, you should meet one of the following criteria:
- Currently enrolled in a graduate program in a mental health-related field.
- Hold a Bachelor’s degree in a behavioral science or related field, with at least 2,000 hours of supervised experience working with individuals with mental illness.
- Have 6,000 hours of supervised experience providing mental health services to individuals with mental illness.

Responsibilities
- Work with clients in their homes on skills to manage mental health and improve areas of functioning.
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized treatment plans based on behavioral therapy and mental health counseling techniques.
- Maintain collaborative documentation and ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations.
- Get paid to collaborate with other providers to enhance patient care.
- Attend monthly consult group.
