Duties and responsibilities
- AP check Runs - Electronically and Physically
- Tracking expenses
- Reconciling bank statements to ensure financial data is precise and up-to-date
- Collaborate with team members to assist in preparing quarterly financial reports and ensuring compliance with accounting standards.
- Engaging with our financial software, you'll conduct regular audits of accounts to identify discrepancies and propose solutions.
- Payroll Taxes
Additionally, you'll communicate with vendors and clients to address inquiries related to billing and payments. This role emphasizes attention to detail and organization, as you will be pivotal in supporting our financial stability and growth. Qualifications
- Understanding of basic accounting principles
- Computer literacy, particularly Excel Spreadsheets and other Microsoft Office suite apps
- Accounting software proficiency. Unanet proficiency is a plus.
- Attention to Detail
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
