What are the responsibilities and job description for the Applied Imagination LLC is hiring: Laravel/PHP/Vue Full Stack Web Developer in A position at Applied Imagination LLC?
What you’ll do :
You’ll build and maintain websites, web-applications, and mobile apps.
You’ll do the majority of your work in HTML, CSS, Laravel PHP, Javascript (Vue), and Cordova (for mobile apps).
We have clients in many industries so you’ll get to work on many different applications and codebases.
You’ll have to do problem solving, probably learn some new languages and coding styles, and get to work with our team of awesome developers.
Requirements :
Ability to code Advanced CSS, Laravel PHP, and JavaScript / Vue required
Excellent front-end skills, including HTML and the use of CSS preprocessors and modern principles of JavaScript development
3 years of experience developing databases using MySQL and / or other SQL databases
3 years experience in object-oriented Laravel PHP design and development
Experience in Full-Stack (LAMP) development (back-end, front-end and some server management)
Experience working with AWS and Linux environments
Expertise in source control, code review, and repository management with git
Good analytical and problem-solving skills and the ability to function well in a self-directed, team-oriented environment
Must be up-to-date and always learning about the latest technical standards and best practices in interactive design and development
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Must be a team player that also can work independently, escalating issues when appropriate
Nice to haves :
Experience with Vue.js or other front-end frameworks such as Angular or React
Experience developing native / hybrid mobile applications, including phonegap / ionic
Some sort of project management or consulting experience
Education
Bachelor’ s degree in Computer Science or Engineering / related field; or equivalent work experience
