5k employees stage of growth and needs to hire a growing number of leaders across the organization to support the stage that the company is at today; we are looking for a Head of Leadership Recruiting to help us accomplish this. This position will partner directly with C-suite executives and manage a leadership recruiting team as it matures from startup scrappiness to systems of scale. This is a once-in-a-career opportunity to take on a “head of” role at a generational growth company that remains on a non-linear trajectory in the coming years. If successful in this role you will play a pivotal part in shaping the future of the autonomous systems, robotics, automotive, and defense industries in the decade to come.
At Applied Intuition, you will :
- Partner with C-suite executives to develop comprehensive talent acquisition strategies to enable recruiting of top leadership talent at scale
- Manage and continue to build a high performing recruiting team capable of delivering consistent results to the business
- Utilize data, judgment, and prior experience to effectively client-manage multiple senior executives
- Anticipate problems with leadership recruiting across the company and come up with solutions
- Work with recruiters to ensure closure of critical leadership candidates (often speaking with candidates yourself)
- Mentor and develop recruiters so that they remain happy and growing
- Support special projects such as M&A and other strategic business outcomes

Compensation at Applied Intuition for eligible roles includes base salary, equity, and benefits. Base salary is a single component of the total compensation package, which may also include equity in the form of options and / or restricted stock units, comprehensive health, dental, vision, life and disability insurance coverage, 401k retirement benefits with employer match, learning and wellness stipends, and paid time off. Note that benefits are subject to change and may vary based on jurisdiction of employment.
Applied Intuition pay ranges reflect the minimum and maximum intended target base salary for new hire salaries for the position. The actual base salary offered to a successful candidate will additionally be influenced by a variety of factors including experience, credentials & certifications, educational attainment, skill level requirements, interview performance, and the level and scope of the position.
The salary range for this position is $217,000 - $265,000 USD annually. This salary range is an estimate, and the actual salary may vary based on the Company's compensation practices.
