Role Overview :
We are seeking a dynamic and organized individual to fill the role of Education Coordinator. The successful candidate will play a key role in the education and training initiatives within the organization, working closely with Product and Research & Development (R&D) teams to develop, maintain, and deliver high-quality educational materials. The Education Coordinator will also be responsible for coordinating various events, such as tradeshows, demonstrations, and sales-related activities.
Key Responsibilities :
- Educational Material Development :
Collaborate with Product and R&D teams to create engaging and effective training materials for both internal and external team members.
Ensure that educational content aligns with industry standards, product features, and Educators' needs.Regularly update and maintain educational materials to reflect the latest product developments, ensuring educational inventory is always on hand and in stock.Present training materials to internal and external team members to ensure they are up-to-date in all products and protocols.Educator Scheduling and Coordination :Organize and manage schedules for educators involved in training programs.
Maintain clear and open communication channels between educators and relevant departments to ensure seamless coordination.Monitor and assess the effectiveness of educational programs by tracking and gathering data to ensure educational programs and educators are meeting brand standards.Event Planning and Execution :Coordinate the logistics of events, including tradeshows, product demonstrations, and sales-related activities.
Organize educational events including but not limited to event space booking, coordinate travel arrangements, arranging guest speakers shipping orders and managing event budgets.Ensure all events align with marketing and sales strategies.Communication and Collaboration :Foster effective communication between internal teams, educators, and external partners.
Collaborate with Marketing and Sales teams to align educational initiatives with overall business goals.Provide support to educators and address any concerns or challenges they may encounter.Proven experience in education coordination or a related role within the beauty or cosmetics industry.Strong project management and organizational skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.Familiarity with nail polish products and industry trends.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.Nice to haves :
Nail experienceLicensed nail professional is highly preferred.If not licensed, then an avid fan of nails with some kind of nail experience (working in salons, working for another nail brand, etc).Skilled writer who is comfortable translating technical ideas into easily readable decks, documents, or emails.PI8ade27ed3dd0-26276-36874774
