The HR Manager is a pivotal role within the Human Resources department, responsible for overseeing various aspects of HR operations, including talent management, training and development, onboarding and offboarding, benefits administration, 401K, Learning & Development as well as bi-weekly payroll. This position plays a critical role in supporting the organization's strategic goals by ensuring the effective management of its human capital and fostering a positive employee experience throughout the employee lifecycle. The HR Manager plays a key role in the organization by supporting the organizational KPI’s, performance management and driving process improvements across various HR functions. This position requires a strategic thinker with a strong understanding of HR processes, technology proficiency, and a passion for enhancing efficiency and effectiveness within the organization.
Requirements:Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- 5 years of experience in Human Resources management role, with a focus on employee first culture, talent management, and learning & development.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations, with the ability to apply them in a practical context.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with employees at all levels of the organization.
- Proven ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Salary : $120,000 - $140,000
