Key Responsibilities
Support specific project and program objectives as defined in the areas of responsibility, and that necessary preliminary activities (e.g., determination of outcomes, milestones, viability studies, and resource planning, among others) are completed.
Support projects and programs assigned are completed in accordance with predetermined requirements, with specific attention to product/process specifications, project/program costs, resource utilization, and timeliness for completion.
Ensures that all phases of project, program and/or process development are documented and that information required in other functional areas is reported, disseminated, or transferred, as appropriate. Ensures compliance with Company policies regarding Engineering/Lab notebooks, patents, confidentiality and safety.
Undertake study of new technologies, as appropriate.
Support data collection for materials & financial resources.
Other Requirements: This position may require standing for extended periods of time, walking, working in tight spaces, bending, squatting, twisting, kneeling, reaching, lifting, the ability to distinguish between colors, the ability to work in an environment with noise that may be difficult for some individuals with sensitivity to noise, and the use of hand and power tools.
Additionally, because this position also may involve working in a clean room, the use of appropriate Personal Protective Equipment such as coveralls, hoods, booties, safety glasses, gloves, respirators, chemical aprons, and face shields may be required.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree
3.0 and above GPA preferred
- Cross-collaboration with multiple BU Focals to drive Material Repair Opportunities through Customer Qual and Acceptance Process
- Data Analysis on material usage and cost impact of all Internal Repair Opporutities. Able to identify and drive new opportunities across business units
- Take Direction and work semi-autonomously in execting data to day activities Leading and/support in Repair focus meeting, ensure metrics and objectives are on track
- As this role is in support of global customers (internal and external), flexiblity in support of European and Asian customers is required
- Operational Process Development and Continuous Improvement Support
- Engage with multiple stakeholders (ie. Planning, Supply Chain Manager, Engineering) on Material Repair Support throught the Qualificatoin Process and Production release to End Used/Customer

$56,000.00 - $77,000.00The salary offered to a selected candidate will be based on multiple factors including location, hire grade, job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and with consideration of internal equity of our current team members. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, candidates may be eligible for other forms of compensation such as participation in a bonus and a stock award program, as applicable.
For all sales roles, the posted salary range is the Target Total Cash (TTC) range for the role, which is the sum of base salary and target bonus amount at 100% goal achievement.
