Job Title: Quality Program Manager

Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be considered a subject matter expert in managing company-wide, cross-functional quality programs and related business processes.
This includes defining, specifying, and implementing standards, methods, and procedures for developing quality programs.
- Developing, delivering, and cascading quality training and courses.
- Maintaining current quality training to ensure compatibility with current programs.
- Establishing, influencing, and managing multiple business segments with a focus on business and operational results through continuous improvement methods.
- Providing leadership and support to subordinates in meeting quality assurance system requirements along with department and company goals and objectives, prioritizing safety, quality, productivity, and cost.
- Evaluating the performance and effectiveness of audit staff at project completion.
- Developing direct reports via IDP, EDR, continuous feedback, and annual performance review.
- Maintaining an ongoing quality improvement program aimed at enhancing the Company's quality systems, controlling manufacturing processes, and improving end-product quality.
- Selecting, evaluating, and managing employees to ensure efficient operations of the function.
- Oversighting division's ISO Certification process.

Requirements
To be successful in this role, candidates must have:
- A Bachelor's Degree in a technical field.
- A minimum of 10 years of relevant technical knowledge of mechanical and/or technical manufacturing processes with prior quality experience.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Strong MS Office and general computer skills.
- SAP experience.
- Ability to read prints.
- Prior quality system audit (ISO 9001 or equivalent), Lean certification, and ion implantation experience are pluses.
Compensation
The salary offered to a selected candidate will be based on multiple factors, including location, hire grade, job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, candidates may be eligible for other forms of compensation such as participation in a bonus and a stock award program, as applicable.
