">Your Key Responsibilities:
">- Install, maintain, and upgrade customer equipment at their sites, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal performance.
- Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues, leveraging your extensive knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and pneumatics principles.
- Provide expert training to junior engineers on site-related safety procedures, troubleshooting methods, and best practices for documentation.
- Promote a customer-first mindset, representing Applied Materials professionally and efficiently resolving any concerns or issues that may arise during on-site visits.
- Travel domestically and internationally (approximately 20%) to provide support at various customer sites, including rotational shifts and holidays as needed.
Requirements and Qualifications:
">- A minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in semiconductor maintenance and troubleshooting.
- Proven expertise in Metals/PVD/Sputter CVD and/or Dry Etch processes.
- A valid driver's license and ability to obtain a passport for international travel.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a diverse team environment.
