Position Description:- Understand and follow Applied Medical's Quality Systems (QS) per training.
- Read, write, speak and comprehend English.
- Understand and comply with safety rules and Company policies.
- Lead and oversee multifaceted projects within distribution operations, fostering collaboration among cross-functional teams.
- Utilize established methodologies to manage all project stages, from scope definition to project completion.
- Formulate comprehensive project plans to ensure optimal resource allocation for timely deliverables.
- Proactively navigate changes in scope, issues, and risks, devising contingency plans, when needed.
- Develop project deliverables to align with goals, documenting key decisions in precise meeting minutes.
- Exercise discerning judgement in organizing and executing projects, driving effective communication and change management.
- Collaborate with project stakeholders to capture project requirements and provide clear progress reports.
- Uphold project documentation by utilizing project management software and tools.
- Identify, present, and contribute to process improvement projects.
- Excellent time management, organizational, communication and written skills.
- Demonstrate proficient analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to prioritize projects and daily tasks while maintaining flexibility.
- Highly detail oriented with strong follow-up skills.

Within your first 30 days:
- Orientation and Onboarding: Get familiar with Applied Medical's culture, values, and organizational structure. Attend orientation sessions and complete all mandatory training programs.
- Learning Tools and Processes: Get acquainted with the project management tools and processes used at Applied Medical. This includes software, documentation standards, and reporting procedures.
- Understanding Projects: Review current projects in queue, understand the scope, objectives, and timelines of these projects.
- Meet Key Stakeholders: Meet with key stakeholders, including team members, managers, and cross-functional partners. This includes understanding their roles and how they contribute to the projects.
- Initial Contributions: Start contributing to smaller tasks within ongoing projects to get hands-on experience and build confidence.
- Deeper Project Involvement: Take on more significant responsibilities within projects. This could involve managing specific tasks or sub-projects under the guidance of a Project Manager.
- Process Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement within projects. This could involve streamlining workflows, improving communication channels, or enhancing documentation practices.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Continue building relationships with stakeholders. Provide regular updates on project progress and seek feedback to ensure alignment with project goals.
- Training and Development: Attend additional training sessions or workshops to enhance project management skills. This could include courses on advanced project management techniques, risk management, or leadership skills.
- Project Leadership: Take the lead on managing a small project or a significant project phase. This includes planning, executing, and monitoring project activities to ensure successful completion.
- Risk Management: Develop and implement risk management strategies to identify, assess, and mitigate potential project risks. This includes creating contingency plans and conducting regular risk assessments.
- Team Collaboration: Foster a collaborative team environment by encouraging open communication, providing support, and resolving conflicts. Ensure that team members are aligned with project goals and working effectively together.
