Candidate must have excellent oral and written communications skills, strong PC skills including experience with Excel, Word, and Outlook. Ability to plan and organize multiple projects is needed.

Job Description:
The system salesperson’s primary responsibility will be: To find, build and manage profitable relationships with Key Distributors and Direct Customers in the Food Processing industry, and all other related industries where microwave technology are applicable for AMTek’s products and services.
Primary Duties & responsibilities:
- Design & execute a distributor growth plan to expand AMTek’s reach across all industry segments throughout the world.
- Identify, train, motivate distributors and their direct sales team to sell AMTek’s products and services.
- Initiate, prepare and coordinate the development of individual action plans with distributors to increase market potential and penetrate new markets.
- Combine travel, telecommute and videoconferencing to develop and maintain a pipeline of new and existing distributors and direct customers.
- Conduct one-on-one reviews with distributors to assist with their sales and marketing programs for AMTek products and services.
- Align and establish clear territory boundaries for distributors
- Evaluate current marketing plans, including; literature, advertising, trade show participation
- Coordinate and manage internal tests, direct customer tests and distributor tests in the AMTek Test Lab
Qualifications:
- Previous sales experience
- Detail oriented
- The ability to multi-task.
- The ability to follow oral and/or written instructions.
