Summary
AOI is seeking an Inventory Planner to manage daily material movements, encompassing various material issue and receipt tasks, such as those originating from AOI purchasing and inline production work order returns. The Inventory Planner will ensure timely processing of all material transactions and safely maintaining custody of inventory assets to prevent loss or damage.
Job Duties
- Issue and receipt of all types of goods
- Perform periodical inventory count (monthly and annually)
- Facilitate inventory activities with SAP/MES Inventory module
- Inventory material custody: ensure stock count accuracy and placed in order at all time
- Inventory floor/shelves maintenance: put and organize material per material type and location
- Pick and issue in MES and/or SAP all type of work orders per specific work order material BOM list
- Receive and process in MES and/or SAP material turn-in from different work order types
- Receive and confirm in MES and/or SAP for all AOI purchase order QC turn-in material
- Communicate with production control for special picking requirement and/or stock/material check
- Other tasks as assigned
Job Requirements
- Minimum of a High School Diploma or GED is required, Associates or higher of Science or Arts is preferred
- Knowledge of SAP inventory module is required
- At least 2 to 3 years of working experience with electronic parts/ components inventory management is preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, such as Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel
