We are seeking a proactive and experienced Project Manager to lead projects from initiation to
completion, ensuring successful outcomes. The ideal candidate is a disciplined and resourceful
professional who is adept at planning, organizing, and executing projects within defined budgets
and timelines while effectively managing resources, risks, and stakeholders.
This role requires a strategic problem solver with a keen eye for detail, capable of overseeing
multiple complex workflows, addressing adaptive challenges, and meeting tight deadlines in a
fast-paced environment. The Project Manager will play a key role in driving superior business
outcomes through effective leadership, collaboration, and a commitment to stakeholder
satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities :
Project Planning :
Define project scope, objectives, and success criteria.
Develop project plans that include timelines, key milestones and budgets.
Effectively allocate resources such as personnel, budget, and time.
Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to address them.
Team Leadership :
Lead and manage projects from initiation to completion, ensuring alignment with goals.
Foster collaboration across cross-functional teams to drive efficiency and innovation.
Assign responsibilities, set clear expectations, and provide guidance to team members
to ensure successful project delivery.
Execution and Monitoring :
Monitor project progress to ensure alignment with the established plan and objectives.
Proactively identify and resolve roadblocks to keep projects on track.
Oversee project finances, ensuring compliance with the approved budget
Stakeholder Management :
Establish and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders.
Proactively manage stakeholder expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
Maintain transparent and consistent communication with stakeholders throughout the
project lifecycle.
Project Closure :
Review project deliverables to ensure they meet defined requirements.
Conduct post-project evaluations to capture lessons learned.
Obtain stakeholder acceptance and ensure proper documentation for project closure.
Qualifications : Required Skills :
Effective Communication : Skilled at delivering project-related information clearly and
concisely, both in writing and verbally.
Leadership Expertise : Demonstrated ability to inspire, motivate, and guide teams
toward achieving project goals successfully.
Problem-solving : Adept at identifying obstacles and implementing efficient solutions.
Organizational Excellence : Proficient in managing complex project timelines and
coordinating intricate details.
Technical Expertise : Well-versed in project management tools and methodologies,
including Smartsheet.
Analytical Acumen : Skilled at assessing project performance and making informed,
data-driven decisions.
Multi-tasking in a Fast-Paced Environment : Able to prioritize and manage multiple
projects simultaneously.
Education and Experience :
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., business, engineering, computer science) or 5 years experience
A successful history of managing and executing projects to completion.
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is preferred.
