- What you’ll do as a Staff Accountant Inventory Management, including cycle counts, analysis of stock status and WIP reports, inventory reconciliation Assist with preparation of monthly financial reports Work closely with other members of the AP and AR team to ensure compliance with GAAP and ARA policies Creation and analysis of use fee reports Creation and analysis of weekly labor and sales reports Work with other members of the Admin and Accounting team to create work instructions and training documents Management of assets Monthly journal entries Assist with annual budget preparation and tracking Assist with product billing and collections
- Staff Accountant Requirements Bachelor’s degree in accounting or business management with 2-4 years' experience; experience with Microsoft products, including Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Sharepoint.
- Staff Accountant Preferences Experience with Costpoint or similar Accounting and Manufacturing software; knowledge of Smartsheet, Power BI Company & Division Information Applied Research Associates, Inc.
