The successful applicant will : Administer, develop, configure, implement, and maintains the systems that comprise the underlying cloud platform.
Maintain public and / or private cloud systems and deploy them in an automated way; and monitor, move, and alter the systems using a prescribed methodology. Establish and implement standards for cloud operations according to specifications and parameters.
Determine business needs and select and support tools to meet them. Maintain and build upon existing network and domain environments.
Serve as front line point of contact for end users and customers looking for technical assistance via phone, e-mail, and ticketing system.
Triage problem tickets and outage reports and escalate as needed.
Document and assist with streamlining technical processes. Tier 1 Cloud Support Position Requirements :
