Responsibilities Include :
- Issue and negotiate Non-Disclosure Agreements, Teaming Agreements, Subcontract / Consulting Agreements, Reseller Agreements.
- Actively participate in contract negotiations.
- Support multiple programs and perform duties in a variety of areas to include the entire life cycle of contract administration.
- Provide timely contractual advice and guidance to Program Managers.
- Anticipate, identify, and resolve complex contractual issues.
- Oversee contract performance by monitoring subcontractors, submittal of contract deliverables, process contract changes, support customer data calls.
- Work closely with Program Control regarding financials.
- Maintain electronic files.
- Ensure compliance with regulations and company policies and procedures.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications / Technical Experience Requirements :
