The selected candidate will perform work that applies a broad theoretical and practical knowledge of software engineering to include but not be limited to reviewing, preparing, and analyzing all types of documentation, planning, requirements, design, V&V, support, and test--to include source code, configuration files, and engineering resolution support. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports to provide insightful analytics.
- Automate workflows and processes using Power Automate to enhance operational efficiency.
- Manage and customize SharePoint sites to support collaboration and document management.
- Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional solutions.
- Ensure data integrity, security, and accessibility across reporting and automation tools.
- Provide training and support to users on Microsoft tools and solutions.
- Stay updated on the latest Microsoft technologies to continuously improve division-wide tools.
- Will perform other duties as assigned.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Power BI, Power Automate, and SharePoint.
- Experience in data visualization, automation, and workflow optimization.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with different teams and stakeholders.
- Excellent communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
- Experience with additional Microsoft 365 tools such as Excel, Teams, and Power Apps.
- Knowledge of SQL, DAX, or other data-related languages.
- Previous experience in reporting, business intelligence, or process automation.
- Must be a US citizen
- Active Secret Clearance
- Advanced degree (MA/MS) and 12 years of experience in the respective technical/professional discipline being performed, of which 5 years must be in the DoD,
- or a BA/BS degree and 15 years of experience in the respective technical/professional discipline being performed, of which 5 years must be in the DoD,
- or 20 years of directly related experience with proper certifications as described in the Functionally Aligned Job Descriptions, of which 8 years must be in the DoD.
