Human Resources Manager – Manchester, CT (On-site)
Our client is seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to join their team in Manchester, CT. This on-site role will support manufacturing operations at both the Manchester and Columbia locations. The HR Manager will play a critical role in employee relations, policy implementation, compliance, and overall HR strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with leadership to develop and implement HR initiatives that align with business goals.
- Manage employee relations, investigations, and conflict resolution, ensuring a positive and compliant workplace.
- Coach managers and supervisors on best practices for employee engagement and performance management.
- Oversee HR policies, procedures, and compliance with employment laws and regulations.
- Provide guidance to HR support staff and lead various HR projects.
- Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence, including talent acquisition, compensation, and employee relations.
- Coordinate payroll processes, manage timecards in Kronos, and oversee workers' compensation cases.
- Support workplace safety initiatives, training, and compliance efforts.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- 5 years of HR experience, including employee relations and conflict resolution.
- Strong ability to influence and build relationships at all levels of an organization.
- Experience in manufacturing (Aerospace preferred, but not required).
- Proficiency in HR systems such as Kronos and Workday is a plus.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

Salary : $100,000 - $115,000
