Key Responsibilities
- Business Development & Client Engagement : Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, proactively identify new opportunities, and contribute to strategic growth initiatives.
- Project Leadership : Oversee geotechnical investigations, geohazard assessments, engineering design, and construction support for infrastructure, energy, and mining projects.
- Technical Excellence : Ensure high-quality geotechnical analyses, including soil and rock classification, slope stability, earth retention systems, deep / shallow foundation design, and soil improvement techniques.
- Team Mentorship & Management : Lead and mentor junior staff, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and professional growth.
