Job Summary:
We are seeking a professional and motivated Warehouse Specialist to manage our company's warehouse operations.
The ideal candidate will have 5 years' experience in managing a product warehouse and hands-on technical experience.
The Warehouse Specialist will be responsible for:
- Managing the reception, storage, transfer, and sending of all products and materials
- Issuing and controlling digital reports
- Managing the warehouse's quality of materials
- Managing quarantined materials and returned goods
- Maintaining stock levels, dead stock, and outdated inventory
- Optimizing usage of warehouse space and keeping the warehouse clean and organized
- Performing inventory counts
- Improving stock dependability and efficiency
- Handling import/export procedures and related documents
- Operating delivery companies and monitoring their performance
- Assisting in optimizing delivery processes in terms of cost and efficiencies
- Implementing and strictly adhering to efficient procedures and work processes
- Operating in accordance with ISO and other regulations
- Testing equipment as part of the RMA process
- Setting up and testing demo equipment
