This enterprise project lead is responsible for onboarding insurance agencies onto our payments platform, Applied Pay. The Lead Implementation Manager is responsible for the initiation, planning and execution of Applied Pay implementation among our medium to large agency clients.

What You’ll Do
- Onboard mid-size insurance agencies to the payments platform from kickoff to launch.
- Develop project strategy and governance
- Drive change management within the client organization and among their customers
- Create an execute internal and client communication strategies
- Coordinate with multiple departments, including internal experts to set-up and train customers on the platform
- Troubleshoot client issues that may arise as they implement the new payment solution
- Track and report on the progress of multiple in-flight projects
- Develop and maintain onboarding materials
- Develop expertise in our payments solution and stay up-to-date on changes to the platform
- Inform product managers of features needed to drive additional usage within the client base
We’re looking for someone who
- Can work hybrid from an Applied Systems office in either Toronto or Salt Lake City
- 5 years of project management experience in a SaaS implementation or customer success environment
- A strong understanding of the payments and insurance industries is heavily preferred
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-collaborative team
- Experience navigating ambiguity and adding structure to complex problems
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in the areas of Business, Finance or related disciplines
