- You will identify and manage customer expectations, including communicating difficult or sensitive information to customers, the project team, and management.
- You will work with customers to gather requirements, assess needs, and provide guidance on best practices and workflows to meet business needs.
Your Skills:
- You have three or more years of project management or software implementation experience.
- You can establish credibility with clients at various levels based on industry, product, and technical knowledge.
- You can conduct troubleshooting for product issues.
- You have strong oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
