At Applied Systems, we are seeking a highly skilled Insurance Project Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our implementation team, you will be responsible for managing EZLynx implementation projects from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage EZLynx implementation projects, including project planning, execution, and timely communication with customers and internal teams.
- Identify and manage customer expectations, including communicating difficult or sensitive information to customers, the project team, and management.
- Work with customers to gather requirements, assess needs, and provide guidance on best practices and workflows to meet business needs.
- Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and dashboards to ensure that implementation milestones are met.
- Form strong and productive working relationships with customers, managing to keep customers on track toward achieving mutual goals.
- Partner with product and project team members to ensure the completion of all deliverables across the project.
- Maintain thorough documentation of customer interactions, tasks completed, project status, and action items.
About You:
- You have three or more years of project management or software implementation experience.
- You can establish credibility with clients at various levels based on industry, product, and technical knowledge.
- You can conduct troubleshooting for product issues.
- You have strong oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- You can prioritize, work independently, and consistently meet deadlines.
