Job Description
Applied Systems, Inc., a worldwide leader in insurance technology, is currently searching for a Software Engineer (.NET and React) to join our team. In this role, you will work in an Agile Scrum team to develop our industry-leading Applied Epic software product using C#, React, TypeScript, and SQL Server , as well as maintain or enhance legacy features using VB.NET. You will collaborate with Product Owners and Scrum team members to deliver high-quality technical solutions that answer our client’s business requirements. We are looking for developers to deliver clean, well-written, enterprise-scale applications.
What You’ll Do
- Become a dedicated participant of your Agile scrum team
- Collaborate with other members on the Agile Scrum team to self-manage feature development to completion
- Collaborate with Application, Enterprise, and Test Architects on technical solutions
- Participate in sprint reviews of completed functionality at the end of each sprint
- Identify and communicate possible improvements in the work process for customers and peers
