Responsibilities
The SharePoint Integration Lead develops and implements integration strategies aligned with organizational goals, collaborating with stakeholders to define project scopes and roadmaps. They oversee the design, architecture, and deployment of SharePoint solutions, ensuring seamless integration with enterprise systems and third-party tools. Managing projects from planning to execution, they ensure adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards while communicating goals and updates across teams. Responsibilities include troubleshooting integration issues, providing ongoing system support, enforcing security measures, and ensuring compliance with governance policies. They also deliver training, document processes, identify opportunities for optimization, and stay updated on SharePoint technologies. Additionally, they manage risks, implement recovery plans, mentor junior staff, and foster a collaborative environment to ensure successful SharePoint integrations across the organization.
Qualifications
- A Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in an engineering, scientific, business, or technical discipline and seven (7) years’ experience. ALLOWABLE SUBSTITUTION: Eleven (11) years of experience with advanced knowledge and in-depth understanding of Microsoft SharePoint (2010, 2013, and 2016), SharePoint Designer, Visual Studio, and InfoPath.
- Seven (7) years’ experience designing and developing solutions to address business needs, opportunities, and proposing changes in a SharePoint Environment.
- Five (5) years’ experience in internal and external forums and developing recommendations relating to program direction and guidance.
- Five (5) years’ experience in supporting engineering review boards, configuration management, and requirements activities.
- Five (5) years’ experience in reviewing requirements document and create technical design documents, unit test, system test, and implementation plans for small to complex projects.
- Five (5) years’ experience in designing, develop, and support custom SharePoint solutions, sites, workflows, and web parts.
- Five (5) years’ experience in DoD system engineering lifecycle processes and configuration management processes.
Salary : $130,000 - $150,000
