Global eTraining Product Specialist

Job Summary and Scope
ATG is partnered with Global eTraining as The Ultimate Learning Management Solution (LMS) and has seen great success in providing this resource for our customers. Global eTraining is an interactive online training solution developed by industry experts to help professionals in the AEC industry to build skills and stay competitive through flexible, on-demand learning. The courses, tools, certifications, and more are for everyone in your office - not just AEC end-users specifically.
As a Global eTraining Product Specialist, you will strategically engage ATG customers, understand their level of Global eTraining usage, identify existing and new opportunities, and execute an individualized plan based on their current business needs. The product specialist will work to ensure all ATG customers are educated on what is available through Global eTraining in order to have an advantage over their competitors. This individual demonstrates a strong aptitude for fostering meaningful relationships through ongoing engagement, with a focused intent on enhancing customer utilization. The ATG goal is to build a first-class team and provide excellent service to our rapidly growing customer base.
Essential Job Functions

Develops and maintains a relationship with a select group of accounts to ensure the successful adoption and implementation of Global eTraining solutions across the organization

Follow cadence to frequently check in on all accounts

Manage and maintain assigned accounts and understand risk level of accounts that may have issues arise, clients who are not staying on track with implementation timelines, or clients who require additional care

Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues and concerns

Assist customer with any support issues and create cases as needed to ensure their software is performing

Follow ATG adoption policies throughout the yearly buying life cycle and review customer purchases

Document and update customer records based on interactions in MS Dynamics Contact Record Management System (CRM).

Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services

Have a great people person attitude and passion to learn new technologies to better support ATG’s customers

Effectively present information virtually, live, 1:1 and in small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization

Responds to telephone calls, email and requests for support quickly

Work on special projects as assigned

Establishes and maintains relationships with technical services and sales teams

Travel, as necessary
Basic Qualifications

Bachelor's degree from an accredited university, preferred

Previous experience in account management, customer service, sales, or other related fields, required

Excellent written and verbal communication skills
