Summary: SoftClouds is seeking a skilled Workday Developer with extensive experience in developing and maintaining integrations and custom solutions within the Workday ecosystem. This hands-on role requires expertise in Workday Studio, Workday Extend, EIBs, and calculated fields to build scalable and efficient solutions. The ideal candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams, including HR, Finance, and IT, to ensure seamless integration and alignment with business objectives.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Develop and optimize integrations using Workday Studio, EIBs, and Workday Web Services (SOAP/REST).
Design and enhance custom applications utilizing Workday Extend.
Build calculated fields, condition rules, and custom reports as required.
Collaborate with HR, Finance, and IT teams to gather requirements and deliver tailored solutions.
Monitor system performance and troubleshoot integration issues to ensure smooth operations.
Create and maintain technical documentation for developed solutions.
Provide training and technical support to end users and teams as needed.
Skills and Qualifications:
5 years of experience as a Workday Developer in large-scale enterprise environments.
Strong proficiency in Workday Studio, Workday Extend, EIBs, and calculated fields.
In-depth understanding of Workday HCM, Payroll, and/or Finance modules.
Experience with web services, APIs, and XML/XSLT.
Knowledge of Java, Python, or JavaScript is a plus.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively on complex tasks.
Workday certification is highly preferred.
Preferred:
Experience with cloud-based technologies.
Previous experience with Workday implementations and upgrades
