As an Outside Sales Representative with ESI (Engineered Sales)/an Applied Fluid Power subsidiary, you’ll spend your time interacting with your customers in determining their fluid power needs, while providing solutions to meet those needs. You will have a direct impact on customer satisfaction, retention and sales results!
Responsibilities:
- Proven experience in retaining customers and building repeat sales.
- Successfully sell company products and services to customers by processing orders, price and delivery inquiries.
- Provide technical and application information.
- Be strategic, extremely organized, and technologically savvy in your approach to managing your sales territory.
- Maintain sales records, pipeline reporting, and generate relevant sales and market reports on a quarterly, annual, and as needed basis.
- Responsible for helping set sales target goals and marketing strategy.

Position Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent is required; Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Business preferred
- Mechanical aptitude; Hands-on product demonstrations for customers and prospects
- Valid driver's license and satisfactory driving record
- Self-motivated & aggressive in sales tactics and strategies; desire to close sales!
- Background in outside sales within the Industrial/Fluid Power marketplace preferred.
