We are hiring a full-time creative, resourceful customer service representative (CSR) in Salt Lake City. In this role, you will provide professional and timely support to our sales team and customers. As a leading industrial distributor (and Fortune 1000 company), we realize we are only as strong as our dedicated team. Selling a broad range of hydraulic pumps, valves, motors, and cylinders to all types of customers takes special skill and that's where you come in.

What you’ll do:
In our fast-paced team environment, you will partner with our customers and Account Managers by phone, email, and at our counter to find products and services, solve customer needs, and build ongoing positive business relationships.
- Customer inquiries, quotes, order processing, expediting / returns
- Sourcing parts
- Assist in generating sales
Requirements:
- 2 year customer service or inside sales experience in an industrial / distribution environment
- Written and verbal communication skills, including English grammar
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license & clean driving record (MVR)
- Hydraulic and/or fluid power experience a plus
- Epicor P21 or other ERP experience preferred
