We are the world’s largest fluid power distributor, supplying hydraulic and lubrication components and value-added services.  As a member of the Applied® Fluid Power Network, you will help customers get the parts they need, interacting extensively with them to clarify their needs, research and recommend parts, provide quotes, and take orders. You will provide sales support and service to our outside sales team, (OEMs), industrial companies, engineering firms, heavy equipment customers, etc. where fluid power is utilized. 
 

Preferences:

  • Industrial and or distribution knowledge is helpful.
  • Mechanical and or electrical background a plus!
  • Inside Technical Sales experience.
  • Ability to quickly learn our business-fluid power and our products.
  • Solid organizational skills, including the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Technical Drawing, including: -Hydraulic Schematic, -Pumping unit and valve stand physical layouts.-Bills of Material, -Wiring Diagrams and -Electrical design.

Requirements:

  • Experience in customer service and or inside sales.
  • Basic computer skills and MS Office package.
  • Solid interpersonal and communication skill set.
  • Problem solving and reasoning skills.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
