We are hiring a full-time Graphic Designer in our Maintenance Supplies & Solutions division located in Strongsville, OH. In this position, you will be instrumental in developing brand awareness, and continue to grow our digital presence in the market. This position requires hands on experience with marketing and must be a self-starter.

Job Duties: |
- Design and produce a variety of printed and electronic communications, including brochures, newsletters, flyers, direct mailers, email and other marketing communications materials.
- Develops illustrations, logos, graphics, infographics and more
- Conceptualize visuals based on verbal creative direction
- Work closely with marketing team, including product managers, content analyst and marketing manager to produce intended design
- Design, produce and maintain large scale (2,000 pages) catalog for print and digital publication
- Responsible for creating and controlling the design of work so that it is consistent with the corporate identity guidelines and is integrated with existing work.
- Maintain a consistent visual identity and implementing branding guidelines; assure the uniformity of aesthetics and branding across designs.
- Champions brand positioning, graphic design standards and copy/style guide adherence. Maintains the integrity of creative standards.
- Produce graphics for a wide variety of digital mediums.
- Maintain a robust photo and graphics archive.
- Develop concepts, graphics and layouts for product illustrations, campaign logos, and websites
- Determine size and arrangement of illustrative material and copy, and font style and size
- Prepare rough drafts of material based off of creative direction
- Review final layouts and suggest improvements if required
- Generate marketing assets for social media and email blasts
- Produce assets for corporate presentations
- Edit/optimize photos and graphics
- Finalize art files for print production both large and smaller scale for digital and offset print
- Perform other duties as assigned or directed.
- Catalogs and files all produced work in a logical and easily accessible manner; ensures files are always up-to-date
Requirements / Qualifications
- 3 year’s professional experience in graphic design preferred. However, highly skilled graphic designers with less professional experience but VERY STRONG portfolios with work in a variety of mediums are also encouraged to apply.
- Education Level: Bachelor’s degree with a focus on graphic design
- Highly skilled in: Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, & InDesign) & Microsoft Office
- Skilled in multi-tasking, communicates effectively and is a self-learner
- Not required but preferred: experience with EasyCatalog (InDesign plugin)
- Experience with large catalog (2000 pages) production a plus
- Previous UX work regarding website design a plus.
