What you’ll do:
As a Fluid Power Inside Sales / Customer Service Representative at Applied Industrial Technologies, you’ll help our customers by providing the best assisting them throughout their orders from start to finish. Some more details about what you will be doing includes the following:
- Clarifying customer needs.
- Research and recommend parts to customers.
- Provide quotes and take customer orders.
- Provide sales support not only to our customers but also our outside sales team.
- Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:
- 1 or more year(s) of customer service or sales experience.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Basic computer skills and Microsoft Office package.
- Basic technical aptitude.
