FCX Performance is an Applied Industrial Technologies Company and a leading process flow control company. As an Inside Sales Manager with FCX Performance/TSI, you will provide expertise, leadership, training while coaching a team of 10 Inside Sales Representatives in our Marietta, GA office. You’ll spend your time providing customer service, advise, product expertise to enhance overall sales environment.
Responsibilities:
- Manage Introductory & Annual Performance Reviews, as well as coaching and performance improvement plans.
- Conducts Weekly, Quarterly, and Annual Sales meetings as well as setting Sales Goals for given intervals.
- Promote and maintain effective working relationships with suppliers and customers.
- Negotiate pricing and delivery with vendors when necessary.
- Work closely with Outside Sales Representatives in soliciting business, executing order transactions and maintaining superior customer service levels.
- Communicate effectively and participate positively as a member of the Branch/Division inside sales team.
- Maximizes gross margin by ensuring that FCX gets paid for superior service, problem solving, and technical expertise.

Position Requirements:
- Ability and desire to quickly learn new processes and systems.
- Proven experience in an Industrial setting with Supervisory/Management background.
- Technical/flow control industry; valves and instrumentation knowledge is helpful!
- Computer proficiency including MS Office-Epicor P21 a plus!
Education/Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree/Equivalent experience may be substituted for degree requirement
- Previous experience with Process Flow Control equipment is strongly desired.
