What you’ll do:
As an Inside Sales Representative at FCX Performance, you’ll help our team by establishing and expanding relations with current customers and our outside sales team. Some more details about what you will be doing includes the following:
- Successfully selling company products and services to customers by processing orders and delivery inquiries.
- Obtaining quotes from vendors.
- Taking a strategic and organized approach to managing your sales territory.
- Providing technical sales support for our customers by helping them determine their process flow control and instrumentation needs, while providing solutions to meet those needs.
- Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:
- 1 or more year(s) of customer service or sales experience.
- High school diploma required. Bachelor’s or Associate’s Degree preferred.
- Previous experience with an ERP system, Epicor P21 experience preferred.
- Ability and desire to quickly learn new industrial processes and systems.
