Qualifications
- 1 year of experience in production planning, scheduling, and coordination of large accounts.
- Excellent computer data entry and analysis skills (proficient in MS Office applications including Excel) and ERP systems.
- Responsible for entering orders on a daily basis.
- Demonstrated commitment to quality and productivity.
- Strong problem-solving skills
- High school diploma
Responsibilities
- In this role you will have weekly meetings with the customer to help organize what needs to be produced by the production team weekly.
- Coordinates production activities with production manager
- Communicate import information with the logistics company.
- Order product based on customer need and feedback.
- Research problems and questions related to the scheduling function with timely resolution
- Attends the weekly scheduling meeting as an active participant with the customer on all issues with input as to any concerns or problems.
- Communicates effectively with teammates and management while displaying a positive, team-based attitude.
- Responsible for monitoring the daily workload by working with the Production Manager following up as related to actual results versus planned results
- Responsible for working closely with the Buyer/Planner position to achieve desired output.
- Analyze and send daily generated reports to maintain internal and external production priorities.
