What are the responsibilities and job description for the MOBILE EQUIPMENT MAINTENANCE position at Appling County Pellets Llc?
Purpose and Objective of Position:
- Maintain all Mobile Equipment on the Property.
Specific Responsibilities:
- Maintain Records on all Mobile Equipment Repairs.
- Ensure Records are kept and filed in Manager Plus.
- Ensure spare parts that are needed are stocked.
- Identify repeat problems with equipment and report them to Joey Boyett.
- Work with mobile equipment repair services.
- Must be available for after hour calls as needed.
- Prioritize equipment work as it relates to plant need and operations.
- Must be able to perform tasks with minimal supervision.
- Must have the ability to communicate with repair services and resort to equipment manuals for instruction.

Skill sets required:
- Hydraulic equipment controls
- Electrical & sensor related items associated with equipment
- Good understanding of gas, diesel, propane and battery types of industrial equipment
General Responsibilities

- Must be able to react to change productively and handle other essential tasks as assigned.
- Must maintain good housekeeping.
- Must be able to perform tasks with minimal supervision.
- Must be able to work overtime as needed.
- Must be able to bend, sit, reach, stand, climb, and lift up to 50 lbs without any difficulties.
- Must be able to work in extreme weather conditions, (hot, cold, wet, and dry).
