Applus IDIADA is looking for a Key Account Manager to join our team. This role is crucial to driving revenue growth enhancing customer relationships and ensuring annual sales targets are met.
Main Duties :
- With the aim to forge a longterm trustful and client orientated relationship your main objective will be to detect new business opportunities manage communications with the client and internal operations. You will be expected to establish a close relationship with the customer to provide a high level of personalized service.
- Ensure that our clients have a great experience when visiting our premises Make sure that we exceed their expectations every time.
- You will also take care of the organization of clients visits / meetings and of the correct execution of invoicing / payment procedures.
