* Troubleshoot complex problems using advanced diagnostic techniques and tools
* Provide technical support to production teams and external customers as needed
Requirements
* Minimum Associate's degree or equivalent in a related field

* Ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders
* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
