Job Summary:
Arcadia is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will possess expertise in Ultrasonic Testing (UT) and have a strong understanding of inspection requirements within the aerospace industry.
The ideal candidate will be certified to NAS410 standards, have experience working with automated UT systems, and be proficient in organizing and reporting test results. Additionally, they will possess excellent communication skills and be able to provide on-the-job training to junior technicians.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform and maintain quality control requirements as outlined in Arcadia's procedure manual and customer specifications.
- Establish work instructions and technical data sheets for setup and processing of inspection programs.
- Accept or reject products based on provided standards and record specific inspection data.
- Interpret and implement customer specifications and standards.
- Assist in the training and qualification of trainees and junior technicians through on-the-job training practices.
