Job Duties
- Oversee and maintain company quality system documents, metrics, and procedures to ensure compliance with AS9100 standards.
- Conduct and manage internal audits, coordinate training programs, and liaise with external quality consultants.
- Perform incoming, in-process, and final inspections to verify adherence to product and process requirements.
- Generate First Article Inspection Reports (FAIR) for customer deliverables in accordance with industry standards.
- Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, and operations teams to align procedures with business practices.
- Manage supplier quality, including corrective actions, supplier audits, and on-site quality assessments.
- Ensure ongoing AS9100 certification and stay current with evolving quality and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain and organize all procedural documentation to support compliance and operational efficiency.
- Train and mentor employees on quality control fundamentals and best practices.
