YOUR DAY-TO-DAY
As our full- or part-time Customer Service Associate, you are the first point of contact for our customers, setting the tone for their entire experience. You'll handle incoming calls, gather customer details, book service appointments, and address inquiries with professionalism and care. You'll also work closely with our field team, ensuring efficient scheduling and seamless communication. Beyond the phones, you'll support the day-to-day operations that keep our business running smoothly. THE QUALIFICATIONS
- High school diploma or equivalent
Having call center experience is a plus but not required for this entry-level role!
