Approved Auto of America, a successful Buy Here Pay Here dealership, is seeking an inspired Sales Manager to lead, coach and mentor our sales team.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed performance targets.
- Motivate and develop individual sales people to excell in their roles and achieve ever increasing success.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve dealership goals.
- Monitor and manage inventory to ensure the availability of high-quality vehicles.
- Collaborate with the finance team to offer tailored financing solutions to customers.
- Foster strong customer relationships to promote repeat business and referrals.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable regulations.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or similar leadership role in the automotive industry (Buy Here Pay Here experience preferred).
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Knowledge of financing and credit processes in a Buy Here Pay Here dealership.
- Ability to analyze sales data and market trends to make informed decisions.
