We are seeking an HR Manager to become a part of our team! You will be responsible for managing HR activities for the organization.
Full or Part time - Remote position
Responsibilities:
- Implement company culture, values and policies
- Work Hand in Hand with Onboarding/Contracting department and develop qualified candidates
- Coordinate Reward Programs for employee recognition, dedication and performance
- Advocate for employee retention and development
- Participate in the investigation and guidance for disciplinary actions
- Facilitate corrective action as needed
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in Human Resources or other related fields
- Experience in conflict resolution
- Fundamental knowledge of labor and employment laws
- Ability to build rapport with all employees
- Strong leadership qualities
- Must have experience using a CRM
- Must be proficient with Microsoft Suite especially excel
Salary : $28 - $32
