Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be providing outstanding customer service by answering phones, entering sales orders from insurance agents in a friendly manner, scheduling service with applicants, addressing questions and concerns, protecting client confidentiality, performing quality control (QC) on completed exams and other tasks as needed. You will be expected to take appropriate ownership to resolve issues throughout the order to billing cycle.

Pay: $16.50 - $18.50 per hour
